By creating an account or using any part of the Codove platform ("Service"), operated by Codove Systems ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Codove is a market validation platform that helps founders test business ideas by collecting structured feedback from target users. The Service includes demand scoring, survey generation, competitive positioning analysis, and related tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By using Codove, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account, create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access our source code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and algorithms — are owned by Codove Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any business ideas, descriptions, or materials you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Codove provides market signals and scoring as informational tools only. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome or the accuracy of demand predictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CODOVE SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
